Upon booking, our coordinator sends you a direct, password-protected video consultation link (Zoom or Google Meet) along with date and time calendar invites.
Prepare Your Space
Find a private, quiet room where you cannot be overheard. Plug in headphones for maximum audio privacy and ensure a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Engage & Heal
Connect one-on-one with your practitioner in an empathetic, confidential space. Agree on weekly or bi-weekly session continuity tailored to your personal progress.
